Starting on 20th March, 2024, Henley’s six-week online ‘Board Directors’ Programme’ welcomes you with a series of special 90-minute group workshops each week and the course concludes with a 45-minute personal coaching session. During the programme you’ll work with peers and be guided by experts in their field to address vital issues, including:

You’ll be guided on this journey by Andrew Kakabadse, Professor of Governance and Leadership and an advisor to the UK Parliament and numerous corporations and NGOs. His extensive research covers boards, top teams and governments, and he has authored over 47 books in these areas.
Your additional instructors will include: Steve Durbin (Cyber in the Boardroom); Andy Baker (The role of the CEO); Louis Cooper (The criticality of board evaluation); Peter Swabey (Governance and the company secretary), and Shawn Mathis (The role of NEDs in managing complex problems).
