Dear Friends and Colleagues,
It is with profound sadness and colossal loss that we share the news that Professor Andrew Kakabadse has passed away, following a brief illness.
Andrew’s life was dedicated to development, leadership, governance, service, and, above all, family.
As a globally respected academic, prolific author, coach, consultant, and public speaker, he has touched the lives of countless individuals worldwide. Intellectually brilliant, Andrew was compassionate, generous, and genuinely loving.
Andrew will be deeply missed; he is loved by so many and adored by his family and close friends.
His work on governance, leadership development and politics profoundly shaped thinking at the highest levels of academia, business, and government, while his warmth, integrity, and generosity left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He was visionary with a gentle voice, courage, and a deep sense of values he so passionately upheld.
Andrew will be enormously missed and will always be in our memories and hearts.
This is a challenging time for Andrew’s family and close friends. We are grateful for the words of kindness and support we have already received, and appreciate your continued compassion as we navigate the coming weeks and months.
We welcome your memories, tributes, and stories. An online condolence book has been set up for those who wish to share their thoughts here: https://www.remembr.com/andrew.kakabadse
